We're genuinely interested in understanding what's going on and why you're thinking about canceling.
But if you must go, follow the steps below to cancel your account.
Step 1
Login to your account (you must be an administrator) and head to Settings ➔ Manage Subscription
Step 2
At the bottom of the page, click on Cancel Subscription.
Once canceled, your subscription plan(s) will continue to run until the end of the current subscription period and will no longer auto-renew.
You will lose access to your queue and portal at the end of your subscription period. Any Current, Active, or Recurring tasks will be stopped. Any discounts & legacy pricing will be lost.
